* Obtaining signature on death certificate from Physician or Medical Examiner

* Filing of death certificate with County Registrar Office

* County disposition permit

* Ordering "certified death certificate" copies (currently $12.00 each)

* Assist with completing cemetery arrangements with cemetery staff

* Transportation of deceased to cemetery for burial

* Graveside Service available for additional fee
